Just a quick request! I seem to have done something to my back. Friday I tweaked it and it was kind of sore, but with rest it was better for our very full weekend. Yesterday, as I stood up from a very awkward bench where I was sitting and talking with some neighborhood grandmas while my kiddos played; instant pain that took my breath away. It's hard to walk, sit, bend, do dishes, etc. The pain is in my lower back and shoots down my tailbone if I turn funny.
Please pray for quick healing. Austin's a trooper and has helped out a bunch as I lay in bed (the only place relatively comfortable.) But he has work to do and life doesn't function here on it's own.
Pregnant with very little options for pain relief, also frustrates the problem. Please pray for complete healing, that back or sciatic pain won't plague this pregnancy. Thanks for praying!

I'm so sorry to hear about this! It sounds like something similar to a pain I had during both pregnancies. Aaron gave me some stretches to do that seemed to help. I'll pick his brain tonight and shoot you an email with any ideas he has.
Remembering you even now! May the pain subside and may you have wisdom as to what you should and should not do. Asking for that hedge of protection! In less than 3 weeks we will be there to help carry the load. Hopefully we won't be more work than help! Love you!
praying. wish i could do some yoga with you!
Ouch! So sorry friend. I'm glad your mama will be there soon to help out. I know it's hard, but REST!
Yikes. Wish there was a pizza joint that delivered in your town. : ) Hang in there, friend. Asking for relief!
Hey Jenni! Can you use a heating pad? Also, not sure if this will help or not, but you could try to bend your knees (with your feet still on the bed)and rock your legs back and forth. You can also stretch out the muscles in your bottom (that surround your sciatic nerve) by taking that knee and pulling it towards your chest to the opposite shoulder. You can also do a simple hamstring stretch. I hope this helps and that you wake up with relief and full recovery! Love you!
